"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The repair guy was friendly, professional and know his stuff. Fixed my washer machine pretty quick."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"I hired American Appliance Repair Services to repair a GE Profile electric clothes dryer. I've used GE to repair other Profile appliances with mixed results and a high price. American Appliance Repair scheduled service two days after initial contact, technicians arrived on time, problem quickly diagnosed and after a quick trip to a warehouse to obtain the defective part the dryer was repaired. The charge was reasonable. I am completely satisfied with the service they provided."

"We have waited a year to submit this review to give perspective to this extensive remodel. Bottom line: We could not be happier with the price, the quality of work, and professionalism of Tom and Rudy. Almost every work day, there was someone working on our kitchen or deck (or both!) The quality of the work really stands out. The deck is also something special. Rudy did most of this himself, and as a woodworker myself, I really appreciate the quality of the workmanship. We were very impressed how they were able to schedule around our contractors in addition to their own subcontractors. Any minor 'glitch' was covered and the work kept progressing. I give them credit for very good lines of communication. They cleaned up as best they could each day. They kept us informed at each step of the way and were constantly checking and double checking so that everything was done right the first time. I could go on and on. This is a good company!"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
