"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The basement was a bigger project, included a bathroom renovation and installation of Pergo flooring, new drop ceiling, new sheet rock, bead board and an Airstone wall. Richard was patient with any little changes we wanted while he was working on the room. He also really helped with ideas and suggestions. The place was kept clean and organized during the renovations and after completion the place was left spotless. 


I really appreciated Richards attention. He responded to texts and phone calls very promptly and always kept us informed on how the project was going. The project for the most part stuck to budget, we loved the work Richard was doing so much we asked to expand the work into the basement bedroom which made the project a bit bigger than originally planned.
