"Rob and his crew did a great job. Our house was built in the 1800s, so when it needed structural repairs done, we knew we needed an experienced engineer and crew. He installed a supporting pole in our basement and added support in the attic. The floor in our second-floor room felt springy, uneven, and creaky. The ceiling in the floor directly below had cracks forming all throughout the crown molding and plaster. They removed the ceiling plaster and crown molding from the lower room to find faulty repair work done sometime during the last century. They sistered in new wood beams and added security. The floors feel safe and don’t creak anymore. They redid the ceiling and crown molding and then added a ceiling fan and light. We also had some extra painting done, and our playground ladder rebuilt. His man Luis is a very talented carpenter and does amazing work. His crew is very versatile and talented. I highly recommend!"

Jeff, the handyman who handled our plumbing, electrical, and general contractor work, was also fantastic. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did excellent work. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. Pricing was fair and much lower than other quotes. Highly recommend!"

"Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. I have never had such a professional and also personable individual do any project, home repair or remodel in 43 years of home ownership. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. I truly respect his heritage and how he treats his co-workers and teammates. LTB is currently doing a complete overhaul, repair and upgrade of a family memberâ  s A-Frame, also impeccable to date. He will be starting another project as well for my family soon. I would be hard pressed to recommend any one other than LTB for most projects. Enough said and good luck with your own."

"There is so many amazing things to say about Tristate Contractors! We had a very large renovation we were interested in doing, but didn't quite know how it would work with our current structure. We had a design and architect team that recommended Tristate Contractors and it was the best choice we could have made. Our entire first floor was renovated from top to bottom, including a complete kitchen demo, tearing walls down, new flooring, installing cabinetry, installing fireplace stone, insulation, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, trimwork, new doors installation, tilework in the kitchen and powder room, a stairway redo and the list goes on. They were able to set up a makeshift space for us in our basement so we had a kitchen to use while the work was going on AND they even helped with an outdoor drainage problem we had in our yard. "We engaged Outdoor Design Build to complete an outdoor renovation to our 100 year old home including a new 2 car architecturally correct garage, all new landscaping, all new hardscapes (multiple patios, stone steps, fire pit and seat wall), multiple retaining walls, stone work, driveways and significant regrading throughout the property.  David was fantastic to work with throughout the design and estimating process.  Given the size and scope of our project David was very reasonably priced.  Once the project kicked off, his team was a pleasure to work with, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  All of his crew have been with David for many years and they take pride in their work, which was a key reason for selecting them.  I am a very meticulous individual and enjoy getting into the details of projects, while some contractors find hands-on homeowners an annoyance, David and his crew embraced it and brought me into every decision so that we minimized issues and rework.  David and his crew were open to new ideas, incorporated slight design tweaks on the fly, and worked with me to address items that we had mutually put off until we could "field verify".  They also fixed issues promptly and worked through the final punch list without complaint.  David and his crew did a great job communicating both on a daily basis and overall and were always easy to get hold of.
