Rob had to replace the pipe going from the house to our cesspool, and he told me that he would hand dig everything to be careful not to disturb the grass and plant life. While he was replacing the pipe, he discovered that the sprinkler line was precariously placed closed to the cover of the pool, so he changed the cover to ensure that there were no issues going forward. When he completed the job, there was no evidence of him digging up the lawn or plants - he meticulously put everything back exactly as he found it - demonstrating pride and care that you don't always see. He honored the original price he had quoted - even though he did more than expected."

The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

I would definitely hire them again! In the most recent storm the entire first floor of my home was flooded with 6-8 inches of water. In a situation like this, you don't want to wait. So i called them immediately. Within just a few minutes they were at my home accessing the damage and making a plan for repairs. They started work right away, moving furniture, drying and wet vacuuming everything possible. By the first night most things were dry and clean. Because of this, i was able to save all my furniture and Kitchen Cabinets. We are still working on the final drying and repair of the walls, but i have faith they will do the best work possible."
