"After interviewing 3 contractors I choose iPaint and Contact Inc. for the finishing of the cement floors in my entertainment room. iPaint and Nick were the most knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I interviewed. The materials they used were of the highest quality available; not the ?handyman? epoxy floor coatings sold in Home Depot that the other contractors wanted to use. There were also many colors and multicolor flake systems available to choose from. The epoxy used was essentially odorless and dried quickly. We are so happy with the finished job, it looks beautiful.
They took care to prepare the cement properly as to provide the best possible finished product. They filled all the cracks and the floor was prepared using power grinders to assure that the epoxy adhered properly. There was very little dust. "Because of the severe deterioration of previous paint jobs, AAA Custom Painting needed to sand, grind and scrape about 2/3 of the house down to bare wood before they could power wash, re-sand, prime and paint our entire home. It was a very hot Spring and they had to wear complete body cover and face respirators for the sanding/grinding preparation, but they came every day that the weather cooperated and worked for hours and hours in the hot sun. The whole job took quite a long time (6 1/2 weeks), partly due to weather and partly because they don't usually work weekends, but both the owner, Andres Osses, and all of the workers were always friendly and easy to talk to about everything we wanted.  They even started coming on Saturdays when we told them that we had an important deadline for finishing the job. 
Not only did they do an outstanding job painting the house, but they also paid attention to all the details, like patching cracks and holes in our very old wood siding, and removing light fixtures and downspouts to paint behind them so nothing was missed.  They also cleaned up after themselves and put everything back when they were all done.
Our only (minor) complaint was that it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with Andres and he didn't always let us know when they would or would not be at the house, but the bottom line is this:
THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE (and their estimate was lower than other companies for the exact same work).  THE HOUSE LOOKS FANTASTIC AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT."
