"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. "Ron visited us and clearly explained all the options. The next day he called us with a quote that specified exactly the work to be done. <br /> On day one, Rick arrived to install the door. He did a masterful job and left the place completely clean at the end of the day. The next day Carlos, Ron's glass block installer, arrived on time and stayed late to keep to the schedule Ron had outlined for us. The next day he also arrived at the agreed upon time and completed the installation exactly as Ron had outlined. We're delighted with the quality of work we received from Eastern Glass Block. "2 men arrived right on time. They were polite and ready to work. They actually work for a bigger company that either owns Clearity or is subcontracted by Clearity - it wasn't clear (no pun intended). Regardless, the 2 guys that came got right to work and did a remarkable job on my many, many window. I have a combination of the ones that can fold down into the room for cleaning and large picture windows which required them to hang out the window to clean. They did not have any safety equipment to make sure they didn't fall out (I'm 9 stories up) which was the only negative I found. They're a bit pricey but they were worth the money because they did such a good job and totally cleaned up after themselves. I have 18 2-pane windows, 4 picture windows and 17 screens that they cleaned for a total of $481.00. It took them about 2 hours to complete the job."

"Having just had mold remediation for my crawl space I was looking for spray foam insulation. I knew what I wanted and Mike honed in on specific need but gave me some advice, thoughts and other considerations about this job and other things I was considering (like A/C). He was extremely punctual, professional and highly personable and easy to talk to. His estimate was reasonable and appropriate. We agreed on the specifics of the installation - a minimum 2 inch coverage in between the beam and a minimum of 1/4 inch on the beams. He and his associates were considerate and flexible on scheduling due to the possibility of water possibly being in the crawl after a heavy rain. <br /> The installation was performed. <br /> Several days later I looked over the job. Now here is where you sometimes get to see a professional shine. I felt that the depth of foam we agreed on was not adequately applied. I talked to Mike on this matter and he immediately agreed that he and the supervisor of the installation team would come over to check on the matter. He called me immediately after the inspection and stated he and the supervisor agreed it was not to our specifications and that they would remedy the situation immediately and to my total satisfaction. Again, his team was highly flexible and indeed had to reschedule once due to water in the crawl. Due to the installation problem the supervisor stayed on site with the team and directed the workers on the requirements to resolve the foam coverage. The job was completed. He followed up with me after the job and I can say I am extremely happy with the results. Nobody likes having to have things worked on again but having a problem resolved with the concern, quickness, willingness and in the manner as it was in this case - Mike represented his professionalism, reliability and ability in getting the job done and done right. I can tell you Mike is A-1 in my review and I would highly recommend Mike on ANY job."

"The men responded promptly to my husband's call and set a date to install the shower doors, which we had ordered from an out of state company and which had already been delivered. They came promptly - in fact, they adjusted their work schedule to accommodate a doctor's appointment which my husband had to keep. They followed the manufacturer's directions for the installation procedure, made the minor adjustments to the doors which were needed, and installed them perfectly. They worked carefully and efficiently and removed all debris when the job was completed. Payment to this company must be made by check; they do not accept credit cards. We were very pleased, and highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again."

"Overall, the experience was great. They were very good; they had to repair some pipes in the back yard until 7 or 8pm. The price was reasonable; they had to run to home depot to get the pipes so they were able to finish the job that day. They went above and beyond. The work was done a few years ago and I haven't had a problem. I'm happy with their services."
