"this part of it went well: they dismantled the old fan. they assembled the new fan and installed it. This part not so great: After the new fan was installed when I turned on the switch the fan made a humming noise (which the old fan made, too) and it is really annoying. I asked why it was making that noise. they said because the switch is old. I asked if they could change out the switch. No, they don't carry new switches with them. I bought a new switch at Lowes and called White Rhino. It would cost me another $79.00 for them to come out and install the new switch."

"Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
