"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Professional. Prompt. Friendly. Knowledgeable. When I checked them out on HomeAdvisor, Mr. Farley called me a short time later (I think it was on a Saturday). He said it would be Monday before anyone could come out, but being a weekend I understood. The repair tech, Cody, called Sunday afternoon and said he could be here Monday around 8:30 am. He showed up a little before that and went straight to it. Had to order parts for the dryer, but he did some kind of "reset" I didn't know about on the dishwasher and took care of that problem. Dryer parts arrived and he picked them up a couple of days later, came out that day and replaced them. Honestly, I thought the part cost was a bit on the expensive side, but that's something we don't have a lot of control over, so we just have to grin-and-bear-it so to speak. Overall, the jobs were completed quickly, accurately and very professionally. This is NOT a "canned" review. I am a REAL customer, who is VERY satisfied, and will call Farley's Fast-Rite Service FIRST, if I have any other problems!"

"Company is responsive,  professional,  and trustworthy.  Best Home Solutions has great   difficulty with obtaining parts  from local suppliers, which has been evident from many notes here on Angie's list.  The technician who confirmed that the problem was the compressor did all he could immediately to obtain the new part, but the local supplier was unresponsive.  This problem is ongoing, and seems to be of great frustration to BHS workers.  I was able to order the new compressor in a timely way by calling a friend of mine who is a regional sales representative for Whirlpool.  That part is to arrive on Friday of this week, three days from now, and the Best Home Solutions technician is willing to do the installation.  I wish to continue with their service.  Dick Nugent
