"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"My washer quit on a Sat, Mr Farley was going to come right out but I told him to wait until Mon. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he said it would be cheaper to buy a new one than repair our 9 y/o Whirpool. That's what we did and he was correct, it was cheaper. I'll definitely call him again."

"He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him to do. He has worked on my washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove and about every appliance in my house. Got it right the first time every time. The only person I will ever call for any of my appliance needs."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"Central One Service came out to fix my light fixtures and they were very professional and did great work. I love that the maintenance plan I purchased waived the service call fee and 10% off repairs/parts and more. I will be using them for all of my electrical work and I will be using them for any future appliance work I may need. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend using this company. Thank you to everyone at Central One Service."

"My biggest complaint is the service charge is $100. This does not go towards any repair or parts cost. I have used this company twice and really like the repair guy who was sent to my house. He is knowledgeable and kind, but the service cost seems so steep- especially if it is something that takes a few minutes to fix/diagnose-which in my case both time it was 100 for a 10 minute diagnose time."
