While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. We enjoyed our experience with Tim, Dan, and Ty, and we’re well pleased with the work they did. "

"Matt and his crew of Jacob and Christian went far above anything I expected. I called Matt on Saturday afternoon because my sump pump broke and basement had water everywhere. Within 5 minutes of submitting request for a quote he called. Within 30 minutes he was here assessing. Within an hour he had dryers and dehumidifiers set up. He called to check in on Sunday and was here Monday morning. Tuesday morning Jacob and Christian arrived and emptied everything that was damaged by water (and more). They filled a giant dump truck. They were so polite and careful. Right down to the sweeping! I felt like I was dealing with service the way it was years ago. I could not have asked for anything more."

"Horrible work, they got cement on the house and on some bricks. As for the cracks all they did was make a mess with clear silicone all over the driveway without cleaning out the cracks first. Came back to “fix” things after complaining, saw no difference other than leaving a tube of silicone and a box cutter with the blade exposed left in the street and for some reason they put silicone on the wood on our house."

"I had called Kinetic Basement Solutions because one of my two sump pump pits began filling with water. The pits had no pumps and very little water in them for years but that all changed recently. The team assessed the situation and installed two pumps, one in each pit, along with exterior drainage basins and I no longer worry about the water. They performed the installation about a week after I told them I wanted to move forward and they were nothing but professional. The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day. More companies should be as responsive as Kinetic. Nicole and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with."
