Tar Heel Basement Systems (Robert and Steve) hav by far exceeded every contractor in quality of work, professionalism, and work ethic. Robert and Steve took their time to do everything perfectly. Also I have never had a contractor as meticulous as these two in making sure dust and debris was kept to a minimum. This type of job is extremely dirty and dusty and they were cleaner than any other work I have had done. I am elated that this is the first contractor I have not had to argue with over sloppy work. They do everything right the first time and are not rushing to get the job done. I wish I could hire these two for every project I have in my house."

"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. "The owner Tom showed up on time. He did his job and completed it at the bid price. He stuck to it. He explained everything and showed us how we got this and how to get it fixed. He worked beyond what was in the contract to make sure we didn't have any problem and that included getting a humidifier. And one important thing in dealing with basements is he cleaned his work area daily. When he finished the job everything was clean. Main thing is he is timely and completed it within the time frame. We used him for at least 3 separate times. Each one of them was done successfully. His price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. He is very pleasant and easy to work with with. He explained exactly what he was doing. And we referred him to other people and they all thanked us and they were all very satisfied. His work is so exceptional!"
