"They did some install work for me at a very reasonable price, with very good quality. I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly, highly recommend them."

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's. No water problems in basement. He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house. Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future. He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation. Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"They were fantastic! Arrived promptly, and were very professional and courteous. They worked us into their busy schedule for an emergency repair, and ended up replacing half our kitchen laminate for us as it was previously installed incorrectly by a family member. Job was completed in less than a day and they Even cleaned up before leaving. J&I’s professionalism and expertise were well above our expectations.
