"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.

"Getting the appointment was a little difficult, it was changed 3 different times including me having to change the requested day off from work from Thursday to Friday.  I had a coupon from Angie's List so I thought it would have been less expensive.  My Sister had the same service from another provider, who unfortunately did not go to my area, and hers was $60.00 less.

"It was great working with Carlos. It was the weekend before Memorial Day and I needed to get a leaking tub faucet fixed.  I called about 5 or 6 plumbers and most everyone was booked or wanted to charge me for a service call.  I called Carlos late on Friday and he said he would come out in about an hour to take a look at my problem.  He said that estimates were free.  He came out and recommended that I replace the entire valve.  It was an old Symmons valve and it is hard to get replacement parts for this valve.  I had heard that from other plumbers before.  He presented me with a couple of options but it seemed to make more sense to replace the entire valve. We agreed on a price and he said he would be out the next morning at 10:00 AM.  Carlos was there exactly at 10:00 AM as promised.  It took him about two hours to complete the job.  He even re-caulked the tub where the tile meets the tub.  Shower works great and no more leak.  I appreciate a company that is honest, straightforward, willing to give the client options, and most importantly,  shows up when he says he will be there.  I will definitely use Carlos for any further plumbing needs I might have.
