"I could not be happier with the work Paul did for me.  I called him after my green, murky pond water seemed to be going down rather rapidly.  He called me back the next day and set up an appointment.  He came to my home to see the pond and listened to my concerns and said that yes, my pond water was in bad shape. I told him that I just wanted my peaceful Koi pond back so I can enjoy it rather than stress out every time I looked at it.  We spoke at length about a new filtration system and getting my pond back to a healthy environment for my Koi. He is very knowledgeable about pond building, pumps, quality of water and fish.  We made an appointment for him to come back and clean the pond,  find the leak and install a new filtration system. He removed all of my Koi and safely placed them in a holding tank while ensuring the water stayed cool and aerated.  He then power washed my liner and installed the new filtration system which entailed removing an area of my pond which was made of cinderblock and very large boulders.  He works extremely hard and is meticulous.  You don't see him just hanging out there - he literally worked 13 hours straight.  He cleaned everything up when he was finished and replaced all of the boulders and rock that he had to move.  Oddly enough, my pond isn't leaking anymore!  We never found a hole in the liner so my only thought is the 'pond gods' thought my pond needed some TLC and Paul was the TLC they needed. I absolutely love my clean, clear pond and the Koi are swimming around in total bliss.  He gave me back my little piece of paradise and I am so grateful for that.   <br> <br>Paul takes his time, thinks things through and does an expert job.  I trust him so much that I asked to be on his pond maintenance route.  One thing that spoke volumes to me about him was that he cared about the fish. He cares that they are in a healthy environment.  He's trustworthy, honest and keeps his word - attributes that are hard to come by in Las Vegas. I highly recommend him to anyone with a Koi pond. "

"<strong>After the repairman called his office. He explained the cost and the control valve might be under warranty. I give them the go ahead to perform the repairs. Repairman left to get the part, returning about 1 hr later. He replaced the  control valve and started the water heater. He asked me to turn on some hot water faucets to get the hot water heater going properly. This control valve feeds the burner which heats up the water in the tank. I did smell gas at this time, thought it was just gas lingering around from the fact he disconnected some pipes that feed the unit. He left after everything appeared to be working. I left my garage door open to air the area out. I did go in and out my garage that evening and the next morning (Sat 4.20.2014) didn't smell any gas. I took a shower got dressed went into the garage to run some errands and there was a heavy  gas odor coming from my water heater. Called Jenni Plumber and got their answering service and advised them of the odor of gas. She told us to turn off the gas and a repairman should be here in 1 1/2hrs. On call repairman arrives checks out the unit and finds the feeder tube from the control valve to the burner is loose. The burner is appox 1-1 1/2  ft from where the leak was. I would say that's a very dangerous for a potential explosion. The on call tech was professional and concerned.<br /> I never heard a word from Jenni Plumber thought they would at least make a follow up call is in order.<br /> WILL NEVER CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE!</strong> <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"He identified the problem right away and correctly explained what needed to be done. The finished job was above and beyond what would be expected from most plumbers. The job included cutting out plaster board to access the drain pipe, fitting it with the proper reducers and pluming the trap to the drain. The price included new sink drain stop and all pluming from the sink to the main drain in the wall. Additionally, I provided a small piece of plywood, drywall, comp and drywall tape which he used to repair the wall all in the price. This was beyond what many plumbers would do, and it saved me a few hours work that I would have had to do after the plumbing."

"It went very well. After getting 3 estimates from different plumbing services companies from Angie's list, I called Las Vegas Plumbing to set up an appointment. They said they had someone (Thomas - but not the guy who came over previously to give a bid) who could be there in an hour. I wasn't sure at first because I had the cleaners coming around the same time. However, I decided this would work for me because he could work while my cleaners were working on the other side of the house. <br /> It went smoothly for most of the time he was there until near the end. Just as Thomas was about to check the system, and the cleaners were about ready to start on the kitchen, water started spraying out from the R/O system. He stopped it right away and it turned out that one of the elbow valves of the R/O system was broken. It was clearly NOT Thomas' fault, but I thought I was in for a nightmare situation. Just had a system installed and a piece was broken. I was already preparing myself on how I was going to deal with the manufacturer. <br /> However, Thomas had an idea and thought he could fix it. Indeed he could! He used a matching piece from the old system and it worked perfectly! The system is working optimally and he got it done right at 2 hours. The cleaners were able to finish up too (who I hired from Angie's list) without much delay. <br /> I am very happy and I really appreciate Thomas taking care of the problem rather than leaving me "dangling in the wind"! I got great value as they were also less expensive than the other plumbers AND I selected them because they specifically list R/O system installation as one of the many things they can do. The other seemed rather reluctant to do it. <br />"
