"This was part of a Big Deal offer for $99.00 2 hrs of work. <br /> <br /> Went well, had good repore with Kevin. He installed the patio motion light and explained to me how it functioned. He installed the bathroom light switch from beige to white and the GFI electrical plug. Then he installed the outdoor GFI plug. I had some additional plugs that I wanted to have installed but he informed me that if the had no ground he wouuld have to put a sticked on it stating not grounded.  He said  he would be able to install each in about 10 min. and that if I wanted he would do it. I opted out because I was running short on time and needed to get ready for work. I asked for estimates on putting in a ceiling fan and wall mout for TV he estimated 6 hours for each to be done. I decided not to have those done at this time."

"We used Will to replace our windows in our whole house. We ordered the windows from the Door and Window Stop. He was very professional, courteous, and his guys were very fast and clean. He was there every day with them. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The quality of work was outstanding. The Stucco subcontractor he used was 3 days late and delayed the project quite a bit but he said that they were worht the wait. And they were, they did a good job. Overall I would highly recomend him and we will use him again when we remodel our bathrooms and kitchen."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."
