"Called another rooter company to clean a drain in a rental unit. My husband was coordinating with the Property Manager and Rooter company. Rooter company was unsupervised with the tenant. After $1200, my husband finally caught onto the "upcharging game" they were playing and told them to stop. They then dumped a bucket of grease in the tenant's yard, which was very unprofessional. My husband called Zoom Drain, they came out and solved the problem for a flat fee and they were super professional. We will be using Zoom Drain for all our rental properties."

"I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

Customers say: Quick response

"I hired these guys based on a referral from a good friend after my usual plumber bailed on the job (didn't show up). Russel Cahill (owner) called me on a Sunday. Since I had already been without water for 48 hours and had some work commitments, we scheduled the job for Tuesday morning between 8 and 8:30 <br /> They showed up later than initially expected at 9:30  but had notified me at 8:30 that  they had to pick up a tool from a diff job site and when they would be there by 9:30 - which seemed completely reasonable to me. <br /> Total work time was 1 hr 15 minutes (2 plumbers - Russel himself and another guy) which was much faster than I expected. A similar issue happened with my neighbors line located 1 foot away and it took at least 4 hours end-to-end with the single plumber contracted for the job. So given that reference point, this was lightning quick. <br /> Russel and his partner were clearly experienced in addressing this sort of issue. They were able to explain the mechanics of how they were fixing the problem fairly credibly (I'm an engineer and can easily call b*******)  <br /> Water's back on. Price was good.  <br /> I would definitely rely on them again or recommend them to friends for similar problems. <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Mckenna, WA

French drain repairs generally include cleaning to remove clogs or replacing damaged pipes. Drain cleaning costs between $150 and $200 per hour. If replacement is necessary, the cost to install a French drain can run up to $5,000, depending on its type and location.

Trenchless sewer replacement costs between $60 and $250 per foot but is usually not an option for interior plumbing lines. Plumbers typically only use this approach for outside sewer pipes.

Unless you can see a clog through a drain or cracked pipe under a sink, you may be unable to identify its location. To find the problem, your plumber may test your water pressure at specific points or use a sewer camera.

Common signs that a drain pipe requires repair include slowly draining water, backups, regular clogs, strange gurgling sounds, or foul odors from the drain. Also, contact a plumber if you can see rust or oxidation on a drain pipe under the sink or in the basement.

The cost to repair a sink drain pipe can be as low as $100, covering the cost of a plumber’s labor for one to two hours. If the pipe needs to be replaced or is difficult to access, costs could climb up to $500.
