"We moved to a new home recently and knew from an inspection we needed to have drainage work done to the house but weren't sure if we needed an entirely new system or what. We had several companies come to the house to assess the situation and we got a wide range of estimates. Joel from Rain Pros suggested we get a scope of the existing drain system to figure out if there was any of the system we could reuse. Such a great idea considering other companies said we should simply replace everything. The scope revealed we could keep our existing system and we had Rain Pros make some modifications. Joel and his team worked quickly and got the job done in one day. They had to dig up parts of the yard but did such good job cleaning up it was hard to see they had even been there. We're so happy with the work Joel and Rain Pros did and will recommend them to anyone needing drainage work."

"Foundation Repairs - We had dry rotted wooden posts due to concrete pads being buried below the dirt. Wu Construction replaced the posts/ piers and placed new concrete pads on top of the existing to raise them above the dirt. I had some questions and Victor Wu followed up with me. Victor is very professional, honest and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needed these services as well."

Andy suggested a full perimeter drain install around the foundation. The work also included complete replacement of the vapor barrier. Ethan from diversified was the 3rd quote we received. Ethan explained the issue, explained what they would do to remedy it, and answered all my questions. He sent me the quote which was very resonable. BE SURE TO GET SEVERAL QUOTES. ONE COMPANY QUOTED US DOUBLE OF WHAT WE PAID DIVERSIFIED. They were able to get a team out two days later. The team was on time, professional, and did really good work. We ended up needing a sump pump due to ground water coming up. They applied a mold application and completed the work in a day. I highly recommend these guys and did my research prior to having them do the work. I am very impressed and happy we chose them."

"Classic Pest Control and Insulation is fantastic to work with. We dealt with many other companies and contractors as part of a bigger project, and Classic was clearly the best. We called them in after checking out some other companies. They were by far the most knowledgeable and professional and did the best work. We originally hired them to remove and reinstall our attic insulation as part of a bigger project (mold remediation). However, we ended up hiring them to take care of our crawl space and pest control when another well-known company failed to follow up and complete the job properly. They removed, cleaned, reinsulated, and provided pest remediation for both our attic and crawlspace. Everyone I dealt with from the office staff, manager, estimator, installers, and pest control tech was courteous, organized, and very knowledgable. "Initially we had an inspection/estimate done, the inspector showed up exactly on time, quickly went under the hose, photographed the major issues, and showed me everything (I had been under there many times and he found things I never saw). The estimate was exactly what I expected (my neighbor hired them last year for a similar sized house) and the work would take 2 days due to the size of our house. We were scheduled for the next week.The actual work went extremely well, they showed up on time (with a 2 hour commute for them), started right away, the first day they created a corridor of plastic and cardboard/plastic to enclose their access to the outside (this was removed at the end of the day), so odor and debris wouldn't enter the house, they then completely cleaned out all vapor barrier, insulation and other debris, sealed all holes, ducts (with mastic), insulated uninsulated water pipes and ducts. This took about 6 hours, with 3 men. The 2nd day they put the corridor back up, installed all the insulation completed a bit more sealing and laid the vapor barrier. This took about 10 hours. The insulation was actually more tightly and completely hung than the original builder did. The vapor barrier was taped together into one continuous sheet, the original was just wide slightly overlapping strips. Upon completion I was invited down to inspect. All debris was bagged and at the end of each day was removed. Overall the work was very well done, very professional, the crew were courteous, responsive and very experienced. I would highly recommend these folks to others."
