I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."

"Sonic speed response to my plea for help. Teri of Shiloh Water Systems was contacting me in moments after i posted on Angie's List. It was late-afternoon and she found a technician that came to Sublimity, met my renter, and tested out the pump. He replaced the pressure switch on our very antiquated pump and explained what else might be going on and what to watch for. It has been over a week now, and the system is working well. Thanks to you all."

"Question answered. After some energetic snaking produced only mud and gravel, we declared it either to be a "collapsed pipe" or a catch basin. Technician snaked a neighboring pipe to see if there was a back door into the suspected catch basin, but no luck. Next step: find someone to dig up the old basin then install a sump pump w. basin."

"Gene phoned prior to arrival just as promised. He also arrived within the window of time I was given. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the repair. He also did preventative maintenance on the hot water side as well since both valves are the same age. He even let me know where my water shutoff is located since living in a condo makes it a little confusing. Additionally the price came in just as I was prepared for with the initial quote. "In an effort to remediate a water potability issue with the house we were selling, I contacted Culligan based on their reputation and Angie's List. Their sales consultant Doug not only returned my call promptly, but drove 40 miles from his office to our house in rush hour traffic late on a Friday afternoon. His informal on-site water quality analysis was helpful and he quoted a fair price for a whole-house UV treatment system. The quote and accompanying paperwork were clear and as-expected, and installation was scheduled for the following week.
I don't think Culligan had to reschedule any other customers, but they definitely understood and accommodated the sense of urgency of this work. The installation went very well, using a two-person team. It only took a couple of hours and their installers were very personable and involved me in some of the installation decisions.
The final phase of Culligan's service, probably and quot;above and beyondand quot;, was Doug driving back up to the house the day after system installation to take official water samples for lab testing. Doug personally delivered the water samples to two different labs. The UV treatment system performed as expected and the lab test results were compliant.
I will contact Culligan again for any water quality issues in our new house.
