"Overall excellent.  The first job was the roof, upstairs windows and gutter guards.  They used Timberline 50 year shingles, they were prompt and professional, did a very good clean up.  The window guys were terrific.  Fast, answered all our questions and took the time to explain the care and use of our new replacement windows. <br /> Second job was to replace an old (35 years old) shed in the backyard.  Excellent job.  Got exactly what we wanted.  A larger, barn shaped shed with concrete floor and heavy duty roll up door.  Once again, they were prompt, polite and professional. <br /> Third job new front doors and downstairs replacement windows. They also had to jack up the front porch and get it back on it's cement footing.  A combination of the flood and then the really dry conditions played havoc with it.  It was done by the same great window guys. <br /> It will be 2 years since the roof was done and there have been no problems at all.  There hasn't been a problem with any of the work they have done.  Everything was not a smooth road, but the little blips are not even worth mentioning. <br />"

"Arrowhead Windows was taken over by a new owner and as I have had windows put in by both, I can attest to the fact that the new owner is FAR more professional and the installers did it right the first time without leaving spots around the window where it didn't quite fit, etc. Perfect fit the first time and they managed to get it in before the first snow. I am extremely pleased with this new owner and will definitely use them when I get the last picture window in my own home replaced. One more to go and these guys get my vote!! BTW, they are also keeping the warranty on the windows installed by the other owner and that is a tall order as they never got the weights right so windows are hard to close without pushing up on the top and pushing down on the bottom, etc. I understand they are getting plenty of calls and are taking care of them. Bottom line - highly recommended."

"Excellent customer service.  I dealt with Sam Litman, who was friendly, prompt, patient and great to work with; the top notch and professional team of Rick, Terry, Wynn and Dan who came out and worked so well as a team also demonstrated individual pride and expertise in their work. They were meticulously clean and did an outstanding job, even matching vents and the "whirligig" they replaced with almost the exact shade of roofing we had installed. It's supposed to last for at least 30 years, and the rubber portion of the roof may outlive me! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work provided, and I would definitely recommend them to others. The bill was high, partly due to the special rubber portion of the roof, but I've called around, and roofing costs have now increased across the board. The quality of the shingles has been improved, however, which is why they will last 30 years minimum.  They are even going to leave us a full bundle of shingles to match in case we should need them. <br /> I will definitely contact them first in the future to consider any future projects we have, and I am  impressed with their motto, "No job is too small"."
