"I initially hired Ford's Siding and Remodeling Company to repair animal damage to the eve of my house. After making this repair, I was very pleased with the quality of his work, so I hired him to do addition work on my house. As he progressed, the scope of work kept increasing as I was so satisfied with the quality of his work and with his fair pricing. My additional work included the following activities: New roof Replacement high efficiency windows, 16 windows and shutters Replacement of 3 doors Vinyl wrapping of all wood trim New gutters and downspouts During the replacement of the front door, water and insect damage was discovered with the studding that the door was anchored to. Mr. Ford repaired the damage with some creative engineering, and it was better than the original builder! He and his team did a great job, and the quality of their work is second to none! Would I hire Ford's Siding and Remodeling again? Actually I would and have! He is quoting additional work for right now because of 2 things! Quality of their work, trustworthiness and honesty! On a personal level, I like Matt Ford as a person and for his the quality and thoroughness of his work. The quality of his work is great, and he was always checking his work to ensure it was meeting our expectations. He always was asking for feedback, and he corrected anything that we had concerns or questions. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and what was planned next after the current task was completed. When there were delays (rain one day), he communicated to us the reasons and what the plan moving forward would be. "Scope of work: 4 Large window replacements, 2 exterior doors replacement, siding replacement, exterior painting. I went through many companies, a 3 month process, all seemed to be excited of doing the job, but later, when the contractors found they could not change my mind on going with insulated glass windows instead of what I wanted, custom fixed windows, they had their way of abandonment.  The main issue: One window, a 3 panel insulated glass window,  once this came out it would leave a hole, an area of 5' x 10'  in which no one could, knew how to or would  do,  except Dynamik General Construction.    Owner, Blas, is a skilled, proper, quiet person, a young family man, with incredible honesty - will talk about later.  Focused, works carefully, took care to not destroy landscaping, cleaned up every day and did a wonderful job.  He and another with the same great manners, Ernesto,  did the work.  Blas, at his shop in Hubbard made me a perfectly fitting 10'x5'  window  to replace the insulated glass.  The other windows he was able to construct on site. All are very strong good looking windows, will last the life of my home and exactly what I wanted.  I was worried about the siding being removed and the inside exposed to the street causing embarrassment.  Not so, as they had it off and replace quickly. Beautiful job replacing exterior doors and casing.  The day before the exterior was to be painted,  everything was pressure washed.  The entire job took 8 days, each day showing up at 8:15 am leaving around 3:30 pm, arriving  refreshed ready for work.  Attached to Blas's  truck is a portable powered shop where he performs many tasks including clean up of paint brushes, avoiding making a mess on landscape or in the home.  Cost: The other contractors verbally quoted me prices for each task to make sure I was wort the bother of writing a contract.  Their prices, all in the cost frame of homewyse but on the high end.  Dynamik's price was approximately 20% lower of some of the verbal quotes.  Honesty:. 1.  During the bidding process, the first contractor pointed out dry rot where the roof attached to the house, in a place I could not see.  I pointed this out to the other bidders who would put this in their bid, every one except Dynamik General Construction as there was really no dry rot.  Blas simply said with a smile "You do not have dry rot." 2.  During the window replacement, Blas found dry rot, a small area.  To fix this, Blas insisted on  a good quality fir not found in the  2 big box stores.  After calling around, he found a store near by, but had he not found it, he was planning to drive the 70mi round  trip home to his shop to get it.  The dry rot was in an area no one would ever see, but he cares that deeply to repair  it as if it were his own home.   3. When removing the siding, the existing vaper barrier, an area no one would see, did not meet Blas's standards. He interrupted his work,took the time and made the  effort to purchase and install a better one. 4.  6 months after the job was completed I had an issue, a cosmetic issue and contacted him via email.  He responded, said he was very busy, could not get to it  for a month, set a time and date, showed up and it was fixed.Â"

"I had one company come in to repair my wall from damage, they were so sloppy. I found Sunrise Home Repair by chance, and havent looked back. Grady came in, tore out the messed up part and had it repair correctly in a day. The next day once the mud had dried completely, he was back to sand, prime and paint. It looks amazing, and I cant tell there was ever an issue. I will use Sunrise for all my home repair needs from now on. Cheaper doesnt mean better. Hes worth every penny!"

"We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."
