"Great communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times.  We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates.
He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times. 
He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.

I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. "Went great as explained. Prescilla promptly send me a quote and we went over the numbers and the details of the work via the phone, she answered all my questions and concerns . Meanwhile, Chris and his assistant showed up on time and started setting up quickly. My walls and flood dried out within 48 hours. Chris and his assistant both removed the equipment and all the plastic and material really quickly. they worked really hard to save my floors and walls from being demolished and needing replacement, which was accomplished at the end. I'm really greatful and will definitely recommend them to friends and family."

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
