When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. "We feel Scott is knowledgeable and his pricing fair; he was very conscientious about completing the installation and returning a week later to fix a problem.  However, he had challenges with his materials supplier that delayed the project a couple of times and then had to come back due to the malfunction of a part from that supplier. His installation estimate of one day turned into one week.  If this had not been a factor, we would have rated his performance an A rather than a B.
