"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I apologize for this very late review. I chose Lisa's Elite Sedan's from Angie's List for a special occasion based on the reviews that I read, and I was not disappointed. I received excellent, prompt and professional service, and the price was what I had been quoted. My friend and I were picked up from her residence, taken to the entrance of the Kennedy Center, and picked up after the concert, and returned back to her residence. The vehicle was immaculate, and since I am disabled, I was given assistance entering & exiting the car. All of my expectations were exceeded. "Travis Grove contacted me less than a minute after I submitted a request. He came day-of on a Friday afternoon to inspect, and quickly found the capacitor had failed. He had a replacement on hand, though the issue was the fan as well. Travis made sure to keep me informed of parts availability (fan vendor closed on weekends), and text me updates. If his arrival time changed, he made sure to let me know. The new fan is more powerful, to provide better cooling. He noticed my refrigerant pressure was low as well, and made sure to fill it up. Travis was friendly and easy to talk to. His price was very reasonable, including all parts and multiple hours of labor over two days. My system is working well and cooling better than before. All set for the summer heat!"
