"Installers arrived on time, introduced themselves and started work. First measured all windows to make sure that they had the correct windows to match my house. they then took out the old windows an installed the new windows. They continued to work throughout the day taking out a window and replacing the new window. then cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. they did a good job and explained what they were doing as they did it. The two guys completed the job in day."

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"Dennis repaired the sink in my half bath. It was leaking to our basement and he cut through the back of the cabinet below the sink, fixed the problem, and made it look good as new. Plus now there is no leak! I’m very happy and spoke with him about replacing a few rotted boards in our deck next spring. He was professional and thorough and I will happily recommend him to people looking for home and lawn maintenance."

"I really appreciate the quality of their product and installation. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about windows that I wasnâ t aware of."

"Customer service was the best possible service; Kent leaves a person feeling confident in choosing Hanson's products. I have their windows with no trouble whatsoever for the past 10-12 years. I have chosen Hansons for another 5 windows."

"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"Response was quick, work was performed well and immediate problem was resolved. I expect a follow up to discuss a more permanent fix. May have pictures then!"

"Company was great, Ron our systems design specialist listened to our concerns and was very knowledgeable. The company sent us info on basements and crawl spaces and called us before the project date and the day of to let us know their arrival time. Nick,Kyle and Josh were very pleasant and courteous. Our home is 117 years old with a field stone foundation, we had them spray foam the inside crawl space to seal it up to provide a R factor and to block out cold air, out side they repaired old and missing mortar . they did a great job and cleaned up nicely when they were done the whole job only took them around 3 hours. Anyone with a old field stone foundation or michigan basement i would highly recommend this it seals everything up and helps insulate also it is very cost effective. Great company and crew would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Should have seen the red flags. Needed gutters replaced, gutter helmet, some facia, attic vent, some repair where new and old roof meet. Salesperson rescheduled 3 times. Felt rushed to make decision that day. Was told 2 to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks was told 6 to 8 weeks. We kept calling. Was 6 months when crew came out. Noticed gutter helmet being wrong color. Salesperson checked wrong color on order which we didnt know because we were not told the name of the color. She showed us a gutter helmet that matched our shingles but when installed it wasnt the same. Looked silver, not charcoal black/gray. Halfway through installing, had an area on gutter leaking. Donavan put caulk where leaking. Next rain, still leaking. Donavan put more caulking. Next rain, still leaking. Donavan came out another time and replaced corner gutter piece. Half hour after he left, started raining. Still leaking, but worse. We looked closer at installation of gutter and noticed corner piece lower than gutter on each side. And gutters did not have a gradual slope to downspout. Water puddling in corner. We've contacted Donavan 3 times and was told he would replace this section. He still hasn't fixed this. We've called twice to Tom and left messages with no response. When a woman, Laura called for us to give them a rating for their work, I told her all of the above. She seemed to want to quickly get off the phone with me. She said she would put in a service request. Its been a while and have not heard from anyone. Still have leaking gutter. Hopefully the BBB can help me. Other than this leaking gutter section, no other problems. After filing a complaint they finally came out and fixed it. It just seemed like I had to tell them I would be filing a complaint before they would come out to fix it."
