"Neo was excellent! My water heater went and a new one was installed by Neo and his team the next day. They were very professional, communicated instantly, and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use S.S Piping n Heat for all of my future plumbing and heating needs. Would recommend this company to anyone!"

"Jeff Griffin really knows heating & plumbing! He also recommended 2 excellent 3rd-party companies: 1. Unlimited Removal and Demolition - to drain, cut up, & remove old oil tank; abate asbestos from, and remove, old boiler; remove oil filler pipes & patch foundation with cement 2. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. Bonuses: Sandy Griffin (with JGH&P), & Daniela Ibanez (with UR&D) provided excellent & timely email & phone support. 5 Stars all around!!"

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Great work , the water heater was installed for less than an hour."

"Prompt, courteous service. Replaced sump pump. Seemed very competent and professional. Grateful that he was able to provide sane-day service to a new customer."

"Bill Clark returned my call promptly and came over checked out and replaced parts and got our water heater tank back to work within 2 hour window. Very responsible and hard working pro, very satisfied!"

"What a great guy! The furnace and the water heater went out at the same time. I was freezing! It was all sorted out the same day. Angel was able to remove my old water heater with a new one. I plan on hiring him again, Thanks, youâ re an Angel!"

"Highly satisfied AGAIN in a second job with Mouradian (hot water heater earlier). This time was a replacement of leaking cast iron sink waste pipe imbedded in the wall/floor between two condo unit bathrooms. Eric Mouradian is very no-nonsense, fast in his estimates, and reasonable in his pricing. The plumber who did the job, Rich, was excellent: friendly, efficient, and clear about what was going on. He understood immediately that his first instinct, to open up the ceiling and wall of the downstairs bathroom should be avoided if possible, to limit wall repairs to one bathroom instead of two. And he then quickly figured out how to do it and did it. The cost was considerably less than the quote of a competitor, who misdiagnosed the problem at first, refused to put his quote in writing, and showed no interest in keeping wall damage to a minimum. No comparison."

"We have been loyal customers of Genove for years, but this year they exceeded any expectations. From the emergency service call on a cold Sunday night in February to the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater today. Armando and crew are terrific. Ryan, Richie and Shawn completed the project in less time than we expected. And, Armando assisted us in the HEAT loan program which has us paying for this work at zero interest over 7 years as well as handled the rebate programs. Highly recommend Genove!"

"Rob had recently replaced my kitchen and bathroom faucets and I called him to see if he could now replace my gas water heater. I was happily surprised when he said he’d be out within a couple of days and I was REALLY pleased with his estimate. For both jobs, Rob showed up when he said would and was both fast and efficient. He’s a great guy - dependable, reasonable, professional and focused on providing good service to his customers. Rob is my “go to” plumber from now on!"
