"These guys are legit. They know what they are doing. I have a 100+ year old house. Needless to say the situation was complex with no documentation to assist them in finding sewer lines, vents, cleanouts, etc. They resolved the problem and solved a bunch of others in the process I’d given up on ever being resolved without just replacing the entire drainage system and which had flummoxed everyone else I’ve used in the past including some very highly rated plumbers. If you are looking for a plumber, you can stop now. These are the guys for you."

"Excellent! After contacting Vaughan, a technician was at my home within 3 hours. Anthony was professional and very knowledgable. He carefully explained and showed us the problem. Within one day, the parts were ready and Anthony returned to repair and install the AC. The work progressed smoothly and we received updates throughout the repair. "I needed to have the hot and cold shutoff valves replaced in the laundry area, Two other plumbing companies quoted me prices higher and said the wall had to be cut. Chris from A.J. Perry arrived and said he might be able to replace the valves without cutting the wall. He did, in fact, replace the valves without cutting and wall. Chris was the nicest service person I dealt with in a very long time."

"Keith was quick in responding to my request for a replacement hot water heater. He came to the house and gave me an estimate from the purchase of the unit to the installation. He ordered the unit and we scheduled an appointment once the unit was available - just a matter of days. "We moved to new house recently and found that water heater has stopped working We called many plumbers to check the issue but everyone asked to replace it Andrew Stewart took a pragmatic approach to first try to clean the plate underneath and purged the gas, checked the gas pressure.
