to provide an estimate for the work l needed done. The tv install was the main job, with which l was concerned. He conducted himself in a professional manner and provided a timely, reasonable estimate. He could not have been more helpful, as everything was explained in perfect detail. Mike's work is exceptional as he is a perfectionist. That is who you want working in your home. He knows his product and is a real problem solver. No rush job here. No sloppy solutions. Mike takes pride in a job well done...and that's to the customer's advantage !
