"I needed two water heaters replaced. They were aging, and I was living on borrowed time. I called Steve on Sunday. He gave me a great price and on Monday his technician, Jeff, arrived on time to replace both. He did so in two hours and hooked everything up properly. I've done this work, so I know when it is right. Very courteous and very professional. Replaced the expansion tank as it was again as well upon his recommendation. "Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"My water heater stopped working on Friday night (Sept 10, 20211). I called the service provider I had used for decades who came on Sunday afternoon and was given a quote for $4000. I was shocked!!!! The technician was very nice and made numerous recommendations. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked for me: my responsibility to get unit, hire them to install which would void the warranty, etc. I contacted Angie's list because I've had success with it before. Two immediate caveats: 1. BBB rating 2. Stellar reviews. The price was much better and included a top rate water heater, installation, removal of old unit, and a ten year warranty. Steve H came and installed it and did a remarkable job. Everyone individual I dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions. SUGGESTION: Check for your own financing first. Some credit cards offer immediate 2% deals and no interest payments for as long as fifteen months. Done Right Today does offer financing but research first. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL, INSTALLATION, AND WARRANTY I GOT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL DONE RIGHT TODAY AGAIN. i am done with my old service provider."

"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"We hired Old Skool to remove and replace my fathers' heater and oil tank. I live in Georgia, and Dad in Delaware Count, so truthful communication was a necessity, yet rarely found n contractors. Frank and his crew are exceptional! From the first contact through to the end of the heating system install either Frank or one of his crew kept me informed of the progress via phone and photos, I knew the status of the job at all times. His crew arrived on time, ready to work.. and work they did! At the end of the work day you would not know they were there; they cleaned up so well after themselves. The metal and plumbing workmanship is something not normally seen these days- nor is the business and work ethics exhibited by Old Skool..With out hesitation I enthusiastically recommend Frank and his crew, and will call them first in the future. "We called them for a leaking hot water heater as a 2nd opinion. Roto Rooter quoted us at almost $2000. I was curious how they diagnosed so I went downstairs with them while the two individuals (one was the owner, Wayne), did a very thorough check. They looked under the heater, in all the valves, tested it out, and examined the leaked water. They determined that a new heater was not needed as our was not actually leaking but water seeped in through the floor, apparently this happens a fair amount in S Philly. They were very professional, explained everything they did, and are clearly quite honest as I know nothing about this and would have believed them if they told me I needed a new one. Also worth noting their estimate of a water heater replacement was several hundred less than Roto. I would strongly recommend these guys for any work needed. They also recognized that it was an urgent situation and were flexible with my busy schedule."
