He let me know his only concern was the capacitor on the AC unit was weak on the compressor side but he in no way pressured me into having it replaced. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

He showed up up as scheduled, was professional and even went above and beyond when we had to take the shower door, that I ordered, back because the wrong door was shipped then find another to replace it. "The fan on my air conditioner stopped working. I looked on Angie's List for a reputable HVAC company, and chose Tully's. I called on Monday evening, my call was returned promptly the same evening, and a repair was scheduled for the next day. Tully's called me when the repair man was on the way (a nice touch that so many companies don't do). In addition to replacing the bad capacitor, the repair man also checked my freon, cleaned the AC unit inside and out, and checked the furnace filter. While the price wasn't necessarily cheap, the level of service was excellent, and I would do business with Tully's again without question."

We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service.
