"Long story short, I purchased my current West Melbourne home in 2013. I trusted my second realtor after having a very poor experience with the first one while looking at a home in Viera. John from Honor inspected both homes. He advised me that the one in Viera had significant black mold and even remediation services might not take care of the problem. That realtor was telling me to ‘just use a bucket of bleach water and a cloth; it’ll clean it up’. I changed realtors, selected this home, and there were only very minor issues in need of repair. As a single mother with a demanding career, I needed someone to trust, and by the grace of God, I had my new realtor and John. Shortly after moving in, I had a concern for a bathroom tub faucet. Not knowing who to call, John stopped by and helped. Now, years later, and once again, I needed assistance with my garage side door that’s begun to rot out due to the extremes in weather and heavy rain. I was worried about there being more of a foundational issue. He sent a tech over to examine it and gave me his recommendation. Just replace the door and frame with fiberglass/PVC. Also I need to seal and repaint very soon. He did this all on the same day as my call, and without any hesitation. I am so incredibly thankful for his expertise and ability to understand my concern. Gave a written quote then when complete, tried to charge 3x that amount. Unauthorized. Taking advantage of senior citizen. Also tore down spout gutter off house, said nothing about costing $200 for me to repair. Not trust worthy and sloppy careless work not listening to request and acting on their own. "

We had a smaller bath done first and were so satisfied with the results that we had no hesitations to have Matt block out time in his schedule to have the more complex Master Bathroom remodeled six month later. Matt and his crew proved to be very easy to work with and very competent in the trades they performed. The quality of the work is excellent. While we had a reasonable plan as to what we wanted to have done in both bathrooms to modernize and update them, Matt provided useful suggestions that helped us fine tune the final design in a form constructable for Matt and appealing to us. Having the expectations of what the final product should look and function like prior to any demo work proved beneficial to both Matt and to us. Matt was very helpful in recommending products to be used and assisted in obtaining those we had difficulty in providing. The crews that Matt utilized, whether it be his own people or subcontractors, were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, skilled at their trade, and conscientious to do the job correctly. They all made sure of what we wanted before starting their work, asked questions to confirm what was to be done, identified any issues as they became aware of them, offered solutions as needed, considered our input, cleaned up the job site each day, and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the work up to that point. The tile work on the walls and floors was especially well done. We would highly recommend Matt and his crew for any home remodeling project. "Ordered replacement windows from Coleman Glass since they came highly recommended when I replaced the windshield on my van a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job! Their price was fair and their service was exemplary. Upon installation, the installer and I noticed two windows which were scratched inside the insulated glass. He ordered replacements and came out and reinstalled a few weeks later after they were ordered. Then the second time around, the installer noticed a scratch on the outside of the glass and said he would call it in so he could come out again and buff it out. He couldn't at that time because he said he didn't have the equipment on the truck. He came out a couple of weeks later as promised and buffed out the glass. "Went very well. Larry showed up at 8:30AM as scheduled . Doors were very old, both screws and rollers on doors were odd size. Larry left and returned within an hour with the correct parts. He and his co-worker cleaned the slider rails and replaced the rollers. Doors now slide good as new."
