"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

Burt’s professionalism was beyond reproach, quickly diagnosing the failed capacitor and fan motor, which he was able to change the capacitor on-site and submitted a parts warranty replacement order for the fan motor. Within two days Burt contacted me to inform that the new fan motor was “in his hands and will be installed ASAP” provided that I approve for him to enter the property in the case where I was unable to make it home. Burt stood by his word and by the time I arrived home that evening he was finishing up the installation.
