"I really can't say enough good things about this company. Eric, the owner, was quick to come out and provide an estimate. Christina, in the office, was very helpful. During installation, the crew worked very hard, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They already faced many challenges with the very BIG job of replacing all our doors and windows. But, we really threw in a twist when we asked them to finish a 3-day job in 2 days, due to a family emergency. It made for a very long second day, but they stayed late and got it done. We are very grateful and the house looks amazing! Call this company!"

Twice he came to the house and gave an impressively thorough review of what we wanted and explanation of everything that would be done. He didn't want any surprises any more than we did. Appointments were kept on time and the installation done as scheduled and within the time estimated. His workers could not have been more cordial and professional. They were careful with our landscaping and cleaned up nicely. Everything about this was done with the goal of our complete satisfaction. We would have no hesitation using them again. <br />"

"Extremely pleased with entire window replacement. We had 2 other window companies come out to give estimates. The companies sent out sales men, people who have probably never replaced a window a day in their life! With Action Windows, the owner of the company(Ken), came out and gave the estimate, answered the phone every time I called, and was at my home the entire time during the day of install, working at installing windows. The other two companies we inquired with would not take down my plantation shutters during window install as well as re-hang them. I would need to hire an additional company to do this. Ken at Action Windows took the shutters down and re-hung them with no issues. Ken’s staff was professional and worked hard. They are also his family members, very rare to find small family businesses these days. The other companies told me it would be at least 8-10 weeks before my windows would be installed.... we had ours installed in about 5 1/2 weeks."

"Evans and Evans provided us an estimate for residing three sides of our house with Hardie Board and replacing our back door. We had rotting areas of T-111 siding that needed desperately to be replaced. Gary Evans was very thorough, explaining all the steps in the process, and mentioned things that other contractors didn't tell me needed to be done (like replacing the current trim so that the trim would stand out from the siding). The estimate from Evans and Evans was not the cheapest we received, but based on the thoroughness of his communication, willingness to answer questions, and taking the time to walk me through what needed to be done, we decided to go with them.  The price was approximately what I expected to pay based on some preliminary online information gathering. Gary was flexible with scheduling, and started at the agreed-upon time. The job took approximately two weeks to complete. When the trim was removed, we discovered that the original Hardie Board next to the garage had not been installed properly. They replaced that section at no additional cost. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the jobsite tidy at night after they left. Gary handled most communication via email (my preferred method), and did an excellent job communicating with us about the job while it was being done. <br />  I would not hesitate to work with Evans and Evans again. This was our first big home project, and Gary Evans made it as pleasant as could be. <br />"
