The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

Recently I needed an electrician to install an outdoor outlet and Joe sent out an electrician that did the job in a few hours. Ive also recommended Silmac to a friend whom is currently having her bathroom renovated. Reasonably priced and friendly help. Can't recommend this company enough!"

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result! "

"Excellent. I can't complain about anything. Dan did the majority of the work on this project and he was always there before the scheduled time. His attention to detail throughout the renovation was to be commended. He made suggestions about some things I wasn't even aware were possible to do making the renovation even better than expected. John provided him with the information to do the job and supplied the materials when they were needed and coordinated the project. It was uneventful and was completed well within the estimated time frame and I'm completely satisfied with the result. I have already scheduled another bathroom renovation with Busy-Bee."

"I hired All work to remodel my smaller-ish bathroom, and I am very pleased with hiring them. They have an expert for each part of the project. They have a great sales guy who comes out to your home to give you an estimate then they have a project manager who manages the process then they have an electrician, painter, a plumber and demolition guys, we bought half of the stuff and they provided half of the stuff and then they installed the stuff we bought The communication, quality and timeline was great. Took about two weeks. Since they have an expert for each part, itâ s not just one person who is a jack of all trades and Iâ m not saying thatâ s a bad thing because these jack of all trades people I guess Iâ m not an expert I just want thing but anyways Iâ m saying this because this company was also the most expensive out of the other two or three companies, I Communicated with for an estimate such as thousands of dollars more. I believe in you get what you pay for most of the time so long story short I highly recommend this company but if you are budget conscious and only can stay below 10,000 for example for a bathroom remodel , I donâ t think it would be possible but if you are able to spend a little bit more than you can get it done. "Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."
