He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."
