"I had a unit that kept tripping the circuit breaker, and also needed seasonal maintenance. Roosevelt determined my a/c was fine, that the problem was a bad circuit breaker, which he replaced. He also did my seasonal maintenance on 2 houses even though he was very busy with the usual summer emergencies. I've used him before and he provides great service and his price is better then most."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. We called and he said he could come out that night - he came out at 9:30 at night (within ten minutes of us speaking to him on the phone). He was able to diagnose the issue, and had the AC working again within less than half-an-hour. He wasn't going to be able to get the needed part until the next morning, but he got our unit working in the meantime, and the next day sent a text exactly when he said he was going to, and showed up when he said he would, and got the work done timely. He was incredibly pleasant, and kind. Pricing for an emergency service was also much more affordable than other companies we spoke to. Thanks for the responsiveness and wonderful work!"
