"My ~ 20 year old Maytag clothes dryer moved some grey felt near the drum to just inside the drum. Called Bold & Short to have them look at it. They did that and more, giving the mechanical part a thorough inspection. The belt was frayed and one of the pully wheels was not fastened, but had not moved out of position. They had to order parts (old dryer). The parts came in in 2 days and they came out to install them that day and fix the felt problem. I am a happy camper. When my refrigerator, clothes washer or dishwasher have problems I'll definitely call them."

They cleaned the dryer vent (something we’ve never had done before), re-caulked some sections of the bathroom tiles, repaired loose door handles, checked the fire extinguishers, and the list goes on and on. I was especially pleased that they replaced all the burnt-out overhead light bulbs, so now my husband won't have to climb onto a tall ladder. "Mena has been out to my house to fix my Speed Queen dryer twice. Each time my dryer was back in service with one service appointment I was able to schedule within within 2-3 days. The first time Mena took care of my dryer it was under warranty and kept running without shutting off. I was going through Speed Queen for service and the first company they sent out came 2 or 3 times and each time the problem kept happening, they were unable to diagnose and fix it. Thankfully, I was able to get them to send a second company and Mena came out. He examined my dryer, was able to see some sort of short in the dryer, happened to have the part needed for the repair on the truck, and fixed the problem correctly in that first appointment. My dryer if working fine for over two years now. The second time I had Mena come out, there were metal pieces sticking out of my dryer. He talked with me on the phone, had me send pictures and determined it was the moisture sensor. He ordered part & dryer fixed!"
