Start with their customer service -very professional & courteous,. Service manager responded in short time in making adjustments to one of the service tech's route schedule. Service Tech -Gary was a great guy, great tech in knowing within 1-2 minutes exactly where my problem was and he did a cost sheet before he started & completed any work. Our problem is now solved and we now have no need to look any further when we have a plumbing problem -call "Proactive Comfort" , you will never regret it -they will be your 5 star plumber too ! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
