"Totally impressed ! First time customer. I woke up with my garage ceiling acting like a rain cloud. Water coming down,! Went on computer looking for plumber in my area, Who's available and has more than 3 stars ! Called several but no luck in getting thru. or making contact. I found Proactive thru Home Advisor. Start with their customer service -very professional & courteous,. Service manager responded in short time in making adjustments to one of the service tech's route schedule. Service Tech -Gary was a great guy, great tech in knowing within 1-2 minutes exactly where my problem was and he did a cost sheet before he started & completed any work. Our problem is now solved and we now have no need to look any further when we have a plumbing problem -call "Proactive Comfort" , you will never regret it -they will be your 5 star plumber too ! Take Care, Larry L. Weare,N.H."

"I finally got to build my dream garage to store all my tools and have a cool hangout on Friday nights with the boys n a couple coors. Chris came and did everything from the bathroom and the heating system. I will definitely be calling him back to add a mini split in the future. He was professional, punctual and clean. Very knowledgeable you can tell he cares about his clients."

"The plumbing part was great. It was very expensive, the bill was on the high side. Based on my last repair I expected the bill to be about half of what I was charged."

"Very responsive communicators, helpful with advice, seemed to have my best interests in mind. Installers were very courteous, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully - explained equipment and coordinated well with other contractors involved. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
