"I spoke to Barbara on the phone and made an appointment for 6pm.  I wound up being available early so i called her and told her and she she could be here between 2-4pm which i said just call before you come which she did.  I had removed a tub enclosure and retilled the tube area and now the copper pipe from the wall that provides water into tube was to short.  Barbara said she would cut the pipe put a coupler on it and then another piece of pipe to bring it out further. Barbara brought in a tarp to cover the bathtub and began to work.  After about 1/2 hour she was down tested pipe which was perfect then put caulk around spout and cleaned up and left. <br /> Excellent work for a fair price and great communication.  Recommend very highly <br />"
