"Kris (Sales) was professional, understood my requirements & was able to provider me with an virtual quote that was easy to read & detailed. We met once prior to the install. I was able to get the install scheduled within a week, too. The Replacement & Install Project Manager and Technicians (Chris, Justin, & Rudy) were on-time, professional, courteous, organized, and quick! Overall, from quote to install, this was an outstanding experience! I will be recommending McCrea to my friends."

"They installed a new boiler and central air conditioning in my DC rowhome and did a fantastic job. Joe answered all of my questions and they stayed on schedule with the project which was great because it was a larger project. I would highly recommend their services for the quality of workmanship and their prices were very reasonable as well. I will contact them again for future HVAC work in the DC area."

"T Chea was great . He answered all my questions I had . very professional. Going to hire him for my smart thermostat installation."

"It went perfectly. Randell was professional and my installers Walter and Eddy were the best. Would recommend company highly."

"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"Top notch install and customer service."

"OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM."

"Tech listened well, and took the time to obtain some additional parts needed for the installation off a special-purpose dropped off the main water lines, Explained all the work afterwards and demonstrated successful operation. Cleaned up thoroughly. We are extremely happy with the work! Would use Reddick and Sons again without hesitation."

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"They were the HVAC sub on our total house remodeling due to a house fire. We decided to add central air because the walls and ceilings were open and we at the time had window units. They installed a heat pump with a Nest thermostat. In addition to the heat pump the house had an existing radiator heating system. However, the hot water heater, boiler, and water line were damaged or clogged due to the fire. T & J replaced everything and were extremely polite and explained everything as well as how to do simple repairs. I would recommend them to my friends and will definitely be using them for annual maintenance."
