His two sons came this morning, and were polite, knowledgeable and did the remediation described by Bob. They closed entry points for rodents and answered all of my questions about the materials they were using.Now I need to wait to determine if the corrective action taken will solve the problem."

"Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.   <br /> Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. "Gary could not have been more helpful. He diagnosed the problem primarily as flying squirrels and set out to remove them from the house. He did not go the simple route by trying to poison or trap the animals as many would do but stopped the issue at the source. Gary sealed every crack and crevice around our house and roof and set escape hatches for the squirrels. Once out of the house they could not re-enter. As can be the case with these critters they are often hard to stop on the first try and it's hard to find every crack through which they are entering the home. Gary came back to the house numerous times and saw the job finished through to the end. Every time he was responsive and courteous. He will make sure he gets the job done. He really was a pleasure. I wish every contractor could be this way!"
