From the first telephone call, to the follow-up after installation, George at Pro-Entry Installs delivered the most efficient and seamless process possible. He is honest and professional - no high pressure sales - just patience and a willingness to work with us to find what would best fit our needs. He has been in the industry for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable! His installers Mike and Scott paid much attention to detail, and were extremely professional and conscientious while working in our home. The owner followed up once the job was completed to be sure we were completely satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - for both the quality windows offered at a reasonable cost, as well as the reliable and skilled installers that showed up on time and did a perfect job! We did have to wait a while before we could fit into their schedule for installation (which for the quality of work they deliver - it is not surprising) , but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!"

He provided all the information necessary, in addition the helpful online information, before making the sale, and there was no pressure for the more expensive models. He continued to be highly responsive and courteous even after we signed on the dotted line. The installation of 26 windows was done by a contracted team on the days it was scheduled to be done, and everything went well. The windows look very nice and provide the improved insulation we were hoping for. Obviously only time will tell how they hold up in the future, but I have full confidence that Matt will honor the warranty that should cover any potential issues. After the installation, one of the windows was hard to open and another one had a very small dent, probably from the delivery, but he fixed both issues without discussion. I recommend Zen Windows without any hesitation."

"Danny and his partner installed all 8 windows in 3-1/2 hours. They where both very professional and courteous. Left all areas inside and out very clean. Very, very impressed with there professionalism and courtesy. Danny and I found a small scratch on 1 window between the 2 panes. Danny is ordering a new upper window and assured me it will be replaced in about 3 weeks. When Danny returns I will also show him I am having a problem latching one of the bedroom windows. "They came to the house several times to talk about my windows and my options, and to measure the existing windows. The windows they ordered came in when they said they would and they called me promptly. We scheduled a day the next week for installation. The 2 installers who came to the house arrived at the arranged time. They worked steadily through the day. They did very good work, were pleasant, and cleaned up before they left. They replaced any areas of rotten wood, installed new vinyl windows, and covered the existing outside wood trim with aluminum. The job was done in a day."

"Gary arrived promptly on the installation day and worked a total of two days by himself. He did an excellent job in both the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen drawers were replaced with new drawers and hardware. A custom pantry unit was installed and a windowed corner door. The kitchen cabinets were refaced with a white Formica type material with new white cabinet doors. The bath was refaced with real wood veneer and new solid wood doors in a maple finish. It is now four years later and the kitchen and bath still look great."

"He called back within two hours and set up an appointment for the next morning (over Labor Day Weekend, no less). He looked at the storms and advised me that we didn't really need them (we have regular thermal windows) and that repairing them would not be cost effective. So he showed me how to keep the panes in place to avoid being a hazard. He then spent an hour fixing the broken sash, which he did successfully despite some unusual design issues. He was knowledgable and professional all the way. He did a great job, gave good honest advice, and clearly wasn't in it to make an inflated sale (i.e. get a new window instead of fixing the ones we have). Definitely would use him again."

The first quote was for around $9k, and the second roofer (who should get a recommendation just based on his honesty) came and same my roof was great and that it just needed a good power washing. Not long after I saw the Angie's List ad for the roof cleaning and the rest is history. I cannot thank the guys from "Extreme Clean Powerwash" enough and I highly, highly recommend their services!!"
