"very impressed----joe the estimator was very knowledgeable and not pushy-----gary the installer was super and very careful to clean up every little bit of dirt---mike who did the furnace tune was super ------------how often do you have a company so honest that when you ask to have a 20 year old furnace checked out----they do a very detailed check and show the details and they don't try to ram all sorts of repairs at you--they actually said everything is fine for now ( guess who I'll call when I need one }--they were right on par with 2 other companies I called for estimates----awesome job"

"The yearly service agreement I have for inspection of my furnace and central air was a great investment. Jim a furnace tech arrived today on time per great communication with him and his office. The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Kettle moraine as over the years we have had them replace the furnace and also our central air. Every experience has been a pleasure and without one complaint."

"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"We were given an estimate by Jason & he was very professional & he gave us two options for the work that needed to be done. We chose this company over the two others we received as the work would bring all of our electrical up to code. We were given a start date & estimate of how long it would take and they were spot on. The work was completed on time & it looks great. One the things we liked was that the person doing the estimate (Jason) was also the one doing the work. They handled everything - permits & contacting the city inspector. The city inspector reviewing g the work just kept saying "wow." We did purchase an extra package which included a followup inspection of our furnace & A/C units. Jason & Jayden were respectful of our time & propert & we highly recommend them!"

"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
