"Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater."

"Such great service!! My water heater went out in my rental property and they were able to hop on the phone with me right away and offer me a quote. Within the next 2 hours someone was at the property - they removed the old water heater and installed a brand new one and were on there way. Cobra Rooter & Plumbing was professional and quick! Will use again in the future."

"Rich was great! My water heater was cracked and leaking. After speaking with Rich, he gave me and quote and fit me in his schedule same day. Work was completed within an hour and nicely done. Rich even cleaned up any spilled water. Would highly recommend, and use again. Price was $500 less than other contractors as well."

"Scott came to do an annual service on our tankless hot water heater. Also checked several other potential plumbing items and provided quote for us to consider."

"Great install of water heater"

"We highly recommend this Company! Whether it was Jason (primary contact/scheduler) or Christian (installer), they were both very prompt, courteous, and professional people. We had an old water heater fail, causing some home damage. We were very happy to have Jason and his team recommended to us for a modified water heater install before the home restoration began. The first step in getting our house back in full working order, and they made the process seamless and painless!"

"The service was prompt and well done. I was very satisfied with the customer service and job done."

"Robert was hear with in a few hours on a Sunday. Went to home Depot bought a water in heater and installed it. He is very professional and knows wati he is doing. He also. ls very reasonable in his pricing. So glad I found Robert. Very nice gentleman and so professional."

"They replaced my old water heater. They did a fantastic job. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend."

"Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."
