"Great and I had already purchased the part, just needed him to remove the tank to replace it, but he also replaced another part for me free of charge so all the parts are new! He also told me that for just about $10 more , if there's ever a next time or one of my other 2 toilets need repair, he can put in a whole new tank, parts and all! Great guy, did a great job, didn't take much time, didn't charge me the $20 for service fee! I will definitely keep his card and call him if I need a plumber again!"

"I have had worked done by Pepe from Reddi Services several times and he has always been great. He has fixed bathroom fixtures which were incorrectly installed by other plumbers, replaced a sink, water heater and water softener with the expertise and professionalism you'd expect from your plumber."

"Had Flo Pro Plumbing come and change out my hose bib and water pipes in my side yard. They did a great job, very responsive and fair. Will be my go to in the future!"

"Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has got to be the most trusted plumber in Surprise, Arizona! They have highly trained and skilled plumbers with all the licensing and bonds and insurance. They've been around for decades and decades and have the best warranties on the market. They bring all their work up to the best code practices and stand 100% behind their work. I had a master plumber come do maintenance on my tankless water heater, softener/carbon system and reverse osmosis filtration. So knowledgable! He did a full system checkup so I know my plumbing is in tip top shape! We also had a Laundry Pro installed, which allows us to not have to use detergents in our washing machine and my wife says our clothes have never been cleaner or smelled better! (Even my sweaty work clothes! ) Ben Franklin plumbing is legit. Same day service, awesome technicians, and I never have to worry who's coming, background checked and a picture of him on the way! Thank you Ben Franklin for making it easy."

"Richard explained my options as to a repair service call and 3 different priced options for a replacement. I opted for the replacement with a 6 year warranty. The job was explained and done professionally by Richard. I will use EZ FLOW again if needed."

"The repair person went out of his way to come by my house at seven pm checked out the problem gave me a quote and set up an appointment to come back on Friday to replace my water heater. I would hire them again."

"Ricky and the installer were both very nice to work with."

"Great service. Repairman very professional and friendly. This was their 2nd visit for the same problem, though, as leak was not found at the valve as he thought the first visit. Expensive for a small can of leak fix, over $300 for 10 min."

"Karl & his son Samuel were absolutely amazing. They arrived on-time for the consultation & gave an estimate on the spot. We decided by the way they communicated & presented themselves, that they were right for our plumbing job. They replaced all the valves and water lines for 4 bathrooms & kitchen. They had to troubleshoot a leak in the downstairs bathroom, repaired & installed an access panel for any future issues. I cannot say enough how trustworthy & professional Karl & Samuel were. We definitely will be using them in the future!"

"I recently had an issue with my water heater diagnosed by my kids complaining of cold water! I called Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Gilbert. They were over within 1 hour and did a thorough inspection of the tank. They quickly diagnosed the issue and with just a $25 part, we had hot water. They could have easily said we needed new elements or even a new tank - but the did not. The were honest, prompt, clean, nice and easy to deal with. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out!! I will be giving them five stars!!!!"
