"HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! They were very responsive throughout the entire project and their prices were the most reasonable of everyone else who gave me quotes. All of their work is high quality. For my front yard, they had to pull out existing grass and trees and then install new trees, sod, extend my rock wall, build a planter, create a stamped concrete walkway going to the side gate and create stamped concrete steps going up to the front door. They also installed stamped concrete and trees around the edge of the sidewalk, and a border around the grass. They installed a sprinkler and drip hose system. This was a lot of work and they completed the project within 2 weeks! The yard looks amazing and I am so happy with everything."

"Like many remodels our project grew in scope and therefore time and budget - both out of necessity due to unforeseen issues and personal decisions to upgrade. Even though we have some prior experience in home building and renovation, I wouldn't have wanted to go through this remodel without A&A. We called about a half dozen contractors from the Chamber of Commerce book and from Craigslist who never called us back before we were put in contact with Arturo from A&A, he came out on short notice and gave us great advice prior to us purchasing the home and then saw us through a 6 month overhaul of the home - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, paint and texture, windows, iron work, carpentry - essentially they helped us make an old house new. "I found George through visiting 150 Sunset and learning they had a landscaper on site. I wanted to landscape my backyard -- we recently bought our home and the backyard was about 4000 ft sq of dust and weeds. George showed up exactly on time for our first consultation; he measured the yard, gave me some ideas, and several days later I think quoted me a price that was on par with a quote I received from another landscaper. He showed me a 3D rendering of what the yard would look like, which was very helpful -- we were able to make changes so the price would be in line with our budget but the result would still be to our liking. Within a day or two of when I sent him the check for the first 50%, he called to schedule a meeting to go over some remaining details. I think his workmen began delivering materials a couple days later. Almost every day thereafter for the next two weeks, his workmen progressed with the yard. George emailed me every couple of days to keep me apprised as to the status of the project. The yard was finished on time and the result looked exactly like the 3D rendering he'd shown me. What I appreciated most about George and his crew was how easy they made it for me -- I never had to call and find out what was going on, or when they would start or finish.
