"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

"They did a great job and discovered we needed a new chimney cap. We thought we might have an issue as we had wasps coming in through our chimney. They confirmed that was the issue with several pictures to show us. We ordered the new cap and the repair was done in a timely, very professional manner. "I would never ever hire this company again. This company will make your life miserable and cause you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

"I paid $79.00 for 10 minutes of looking at it to see if they could do job, after I told them the size of burner and size of pipe, serviceman said it would be easy to replace. Approved order for burner $103.00 and 75.00 for labor. Serviceman came out for repair Feb. 10 could not fix it and had to call a plumber. Paid $103.00 for part even though it wasnt installed. Plumber came out and found serviceman loosened pipe inside wall without telling me, plumber said if he would have replaced burner and left when I used it gas would have filled walls with gas and could have burned house down. I have written emails to company 6 times and called Feb. 11 and talked to scheduler she said her boss would call me back...never happened. The serviceman called his boss and told him he couldnt get burner off the boss told him to break end off and bend it so it would be close so I could use it..Really. Over all very bad experience with this company would not hire them again."
