"Repaired my water heater then installed a new toilet for us, got the house back to normal again we really appreciate the great work."

"My water heater was not making hot water. Steven came promptly and on time. He had the experience and skills to quickly diagnose and proactively treat the problem and prevent a recurrence. He was patient with my hovering around and asking questions and even offered helpful information when he sensed I was curious. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and economically as possible and advisable. I couldn't be more pleased with his work."

"The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we will definitely call rescue rooter!"

"Install, repair replace gas line to new stove. Excellent customer service, easy to work with, very competitive prices. Thomas was great in getting the job quoted and taken care of right away."

"My pro traveled after hours and in an emergency situation to make sure to come repair my water heater until he could replace it the next day. He saved my home from flooding and I will always use them!! I can?t thank them enough."

"Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. I now have a lifetime plumber in Dallas and will recommend them on every social platform I use. Hire this company as you can trust them to be honest, reliable and focused on solving your issue cost effectively. Look forward to doing business with Koen Plumbing for years to come."
