"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"AHI provided thorough, accurate, and detailed estimates of the work that would need to be done.  They provided detailed options and helped me make decide exactly what I wanted to do for the repairs.  The estimates were on the top end of the spectrum, for those I received, but AHI's professional and helpful manner convinced me to go with them. AHI provided me with accurate scheduling information with minimal hiccups, properly identified problem areas that were not predictable until removal of the old materials.  AHI was willing to promptly adjust their estimates, in writing, both up and down, as the job progressed and issues arose (only 2 unexpected issues, as I recall). AHI personnel were uniformly friendly and willing to explain what they were doing and update me on progress on the fly.  They were professional and minimally intrusive. The final product from AHI is a high-quality, fine-looking set of repairs for my home.  They matched the shingles on my roof so well that it's difficult to tell that the skylight was removed.  The deck that they replaced is an order of magnitude better than the original, and looks a solid as a rock.  The siding work they did is excellent. I've had a horrific experience with a previous contractor, so AHI's desire to keep closely to schedule and provide quality work is well worth what they charged me.  I'm very pleased with the results and will consider them for future projects.  Great job all
