"I had to back out of the original agreement (est. $2800) because after researching & placing a call directly to the AC subcontractor (Ductz Doctor, also on Angie's List) that DISCREET uses, I determined that the subcontractor DOES NOT perform the tasks either outlined in my original contract or required to remediate the mold in the air handler/ducts in my home. I relayed this information to Mike Gonzalez, Field Manager. I ended up contracting PART of the work to be done by DISCREET ($700) which was performed by Mike, Field Manager, and he did a food job. I hired ANOTHER company (also on Angie's List) ) to thoroughly clean and sanitize the Air Handler, remove and clean its inner parts (coil, blower, etc.), and clean AC ducts & all vents in order to remediate the mold."

The products were cut, we set up an appointment for him to come, and he installed. Everything looks great. "Terrible experience with this company and its ownership. I put my trust in them for a significant home investment, but in under a year, the roof they installed began leaking badly. When I tried to get assistance, I was met with little to no response, and the attempted fixes were ineffective. My calls and service requests were largely ignored, and their warranty proved to be worthless. Getting a clear or helpful answer from anyone there felt nearly impossible. To make matters worse, their contract includes a clause requiring disputes to be handled in West Palm Beach, which seems intentionally set up to make it costly and inconvenient for customers to pursue any legal action. Overall, extremely disappointing?I would strongly caution others before doing business with them."
