She suggested that I call the installer who did the job. When I told her that I didn't know who that was, she took the time to look up the local distributor and suggestd that I call them for a recommendation. She was kind and caring and took a lot of time to provide advice and an explanation of what might be wrong. It was a pleasure to talk to her.
