"I had to back out of the original agreement (est. $2800) because after researching & placing a call directly to the AC subcontractor (Ductz Doctor, also on Angie's List) that DISCREET uses, I determined that the subcontractor DOES NOT perform the tasks either outlined in my original contract or required to remediate the mold in the air handler/ducts in my home. I relayed this information to Mike Gonzalez, Field Manager. I ended up contracting PART of the work to be done by DISCREET ($700) which was performed by Mike, Field Manager, and he did a food job. I hired ANOTHER company (also on Angie's List) ) to thoroughly clean and sanitize the Air Handler, remove and clean its inner parts (coil, blower, etc.), and clean AC ducts & all vents in order to remediate the mold."

"A-Best, you ROCK! We were looking to do some painting in the condo, long overdue. Adding to it was that the residents were heavy smokers and even though there was no smoking for over 3 years there was still residual smoker odor and nicotine stains. Jack came and looked at the job and Richard got back to us with a reasonable estimate. There were some weather related work delays but A-Best was well worth the wait! Karla, Wegner & Tom came in and over 3+ days the rooms were primed and covered with shiny, new colors. I am STILL in awe! These folks are true pros and am beyond delighted with the job they did in here. This place looks GREAT! Will recommend to everyone and by all means will use A-Best again in the future.
